I’m Patric. Dénia has been my home for over 28 years.
When you call Marento, you speak to me. I look after the work myself or bring trusted people I supervise. If a job needs a specialist, I arrange it and keep you informed.
I know the local soil, the summers, and what a property needs when its owner is away. I keep my work close to home so I can be there when it matters.

Prices are per property, per month. Your monthly fee covers Property Care and Coordination — regular property inspections, condition checks, communication, key holding and coordination of services when required. Garden care, pool maintenance, cleaning, repairs, painting, air-conditioning services, trades and other specialist work are not included in the monthly Property Care fee and are charged separately. When additional work or services are needed, Marento can arrange, coordinate and supervise them on your behalf. All additional services are discussed with you and confirmed in advance, so you always know what is being arranged and what it will cost. Plans are available year-round with a minimum commitment of 12 months, whether you are at the property or away.
From a dripping tap or faulty air conditioning to a gardener, pool technician, or local administrative assistance (NIE, Ayuntamiento, vehicle ITV, utilities) — whatever comes up, I have trusted local contacts and take care of it.
